I just got back from eating some of the most AMAZING Chinese food -- seriously. And it was healthy to boot. I feel fortunate to have several good Thai restaurants in the area and even a good Vietnamese place so I hear, but finding Chinese in Nashville is next to impossible -- let alone gluten free/MSG free stuff! And then the most epic thing happened. The owner of Eat Well Market was approached by one of her customers that was interested in doing a Chinese food pop up every other week for her. Apparently she was already making Chinese for herself in her own kitchen on a weekly basis and wanted to share it with the rest of us.
All in all, it was EPIC. And I hope that it's a long standing relationship for month's to come.
