Breakfast of Champs.

So the scale doesn't lie -- and currently we're friends. After the juice/eating fast, I compromised my eating a little on the weekends and saw myself get back up to 132ish -- so I decided to buckle down again, it wasn't worth it to eat that way if it made me feel bad about myself.

Scale: 129.9!

Breakfast: Super yummy and colorful this morning! 1 mini Bok Choy, 2 GS Apples, 1 Pear, 1 Lemon, 1 Orange, 6 Carrots, 1 piece Celery, chunk of Red Cabbage. Great spice and a came out a pretty reddish/purple color.



I'm looking forward to trying to make the East Nashville Farmer's Market today from 3:30-6:30.
