It's 'Eat Your Colors' Friday everyone! Hope that you all have had a great week and are looking as forward to the weekend as I am! Playing catch up after vacation is never any fun and I finally feel like I can breathe today and enjoy the next few days before the chaos begins again. Being busy though is definitely no excuse for eating poorly and I encourage you guys to continue to eat your colors daily as you'll get the most out of life and your health if you do so! Just wanted to share this fun photo with you -- was thinking maybe the next time I throw a little get together at the house, I'd do something like this for finger foods! YUM!
