Is it Friday already? Where do the days go -- scratch that, where do the weeks go? It seems like just yesterday I was welcoming in 2012 and now it's October already! With each new month, we should be setting new goals for ourselves. And my goal is to definitely get in shape for the wedding and to start eating cleaner. Every day we need to try to eat a rainbow and if nothing else, make sure we get as many colors into our week as possible. Maybe, just maybe, we start making our 'cheat' meals healthy items until it's not really cheating anymore and our bodies don't really know the difference :)
