Eat Your Colors.

I don't know how everyone does it -- this week has been extremely tough on me when it comes to my eating habits. Everything just seems to be a blur and days are just running together. Who even has time to eat, let alone anything that has color to it? Let me tell you though, it pays to watch what you're putting into your body though! Fast food and pizza, take out and canned foods are not what you want! Most of the time, the 'easy' button is so very bad for you. Eat some fruit this weekend -- it's the original fast food :)
