I had much faith that today wasn't the end of the world and since we're all still here, the blog must go on! And with that, eating a daily/weekly rainbow of foods as well. The holidays are almost over and with it comes the first of the year and all those pesky New Year's Resolutions that most of us don't intend in keeping more than the first few weeks of January! So instead of waiting until then to start good healthy eating habits and working out, start now! TODAY! Seriously. I am speaking to myself probably more than I am all of you, but it was worth a shot.
