Smoothie Time.

So I'm out of town on vacation right now and although I'm eating a lot of really great food -- I can't wait to get home and start a healthy eating ritual again. It's crazy to think that I've gained almost 12 pounds in just under 5 months. I promised myself I was going to get my eating under control before I got married in November and was so proud of my success...just to turn around and throw it all away again! Mark my words, there will be change in the near future. Permanent change. Enjoy some smoothie inspiration via Instagram guys!
