So keeping with the festivities of this week -- I'm bringing you a special holiday version of our normal Eat-Your-Colors Friday. I've been at my parents house all week and their garden is off the chain right now with greens, greens and more greens! It's definitely been nice to have a ton of fresh stuff at my disposal during the usually dreary months of winter. Makes me smile!
